How do I go about submitting plans to this site

I've just turned on the "Submit" feature in the plans section: www.woodworkweb.com/free-woodworking-plans.html
At the the bottom of the page.

We haven't really tested the Submit feature on the new site software, so please only submit one plan to test things out first.

Please note that submissions have to be reviewed by us before they are published.
